The quietest room on campus

The central library occupies a dedicated two-storey building at the centre of the campus. It holds more than 42,000 volumes across every discipline taught here, subscribes to 60 print journals and magazines, and maintains a reference wing of encyclopaedias, dictionaries, yearbooks and competitive examination material that does not leave the building.

The ground floor houses the issue counter, the circulation stacks and a 150-seat reading hall. The first floor holds the reference section, the digital reading room and small group-study rooms that departments book for project work.
