The college is managed by a registered educational society. Its governing body meets quarterly and includes the Principal, teacher representatives and a university nominee.

Each committee has a published composition and meets on a fixed schedule. Minutes are maintained in the Principal’s office and are open to inspection by the university.

Coordinates internal assessment, university examination duty, result publication and re-evaluation requests.
Verifies eligibility, prepares merit lists and supervises counselling and seat allotment for every programme.
Processes government and college scholarship applications and identifies students needing fee concessions.
Maintains campus conduct standards, reviews attendance defaults and hears disciplinary matters.
Students, parents and staff may write directly to the Principal’s office. Complaints relating to ragging or harassment are treated as confidential and time-bound.
